Kevin began his entrepreneurial journey in the automotive industry, founding Mak & Son’s Auto Repair and Precision Auto. Through a commitment to exceptional service, strong systems, and developing great teams, he built a reputation as a hands-on leader.
In addition to his experience in automotive and real estate development, Kevin has a proven track record of creating significant growth after acquisition. Following his purchase of EmJay Extinguishers, Kevin implemented operational improvements that helped triple the company’s revenue in just two years.
Kevin has continued this hands-on approach in the commercial plumbing & HVAC industry, helping strengthen operations, develop employees, improve processes, and build a foundation for sustainable growth.
His philosophy is simple: great businesses are built by great people. Kevin’s focus is not only on growing companies, but on protecting the relationships, reputation, and culture that made them successful in the first place.

Reegin Maki is an entrepreneur and business operator with a passion for building exceptional companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has experience across multiple industries including the skilled trades, real estate, health & wellness, and digital marketing.
After starting and operating several businesses, Reegin started Noble with a focus on acquiring and operating established businesses. Since then, he has taken a hands-on role scaling a commercial plumbing & HVAC company — working alongside employees, improving systems, strengthening operations, and investing back into the people who make the business successful.
His approach to growth is centered around building on a founder’s legacy rather than replacing it. Through operational improvements, leadership development, enhanced employee support, and a commitment to preserving company culture, Reegin focuses on helping businesses reach their next stage while protecting the people that made it successful in the first place.
